Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or related to these Terms or your use of the services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to any more restrictive limits provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of law. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction that is inconsistent with this clause, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
